Terms of Stay & Service
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Bookings & Reservations
All reservations must be made through our official booking platform or trusted partners. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received or pre-authorization is completed.
- Reservations are subject to availability
- Guests must provide accurate details during booking
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges
2. Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for ensuring payments are completed as required.
Cancellations made within the allowed period may receive a refund, while late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage to property or violation of house rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay without refund.
- No smoking inside the rooms
- No illegal activities are permitted
- Quiet hours apply from 10 PM to 6 AM
4. Security of Personal Property
While we take reasonable measures to ensure guest safety, The Hill Villas is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.
5. Cleanliness & Maintenance
Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay. Housekeeping is provided daily, and any special cleaning requests may incur extra fees.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be pre-arranged and may involve additional charges.
7. Use of Collected Data
We collect and process guest information to manage reservations, improve services, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or essential to service delivery.
Your Privacy
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Hill Villas shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
9. Termination of Stay
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if guests violate these terms, engage in unlawful behavior, or disrupt other guests’ comfort.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Stay are governed by the laws of Tanzania, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
